Lauren is an experienced Yoga Instructor available for private, group & corporate classes, retreats, workshops, locus teaching & studio classes I believe that yoga is the royal path to transformation, awakening and healing. With each mindful breath that harmonises the mind and body to cooperate in unison, the practitioner experiences true alignment to themselves. It is a powerful, unique and sometimes confronting yet beautiful experience that can not be explained in words, it is only something that can be felt. I'll teach you to flow with the rhythm of your breath and find lightness, ease and freedom of movement. I aim to rejuvenate, nourish and restore the body and the mind.
