As a Nutritionist, I am here to lead you back to health with the healing benefits of real food. I aim to cut through the confusion, educate you about nutritional medicine, and empower you to make the best food choices for you and your loved ones. I personally understand the confusion of modern-day food choices, and the pain of living with compromised digestive health. I battled with the symptoms of food intolerances, IBS and fructose malabsorption, as well as hormonal imbalance, PCOS and hypothyroidism for many years. Instead of eating for health, I ate from a place of anxiety and confusion about my body. My journey into nutritional medicine allowed me to improve my health naturally, and also the health of my son who unfortunately inherited many of his mother's health complaints. It was through this experience I discovered my passion for supporting the health of others, including families and children. Now I'm here to share these lessons with you.
